The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor : - Entrance hall - A spacious, bright living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and hob - Bedroom 1 with king-size bed (180x200) and en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2 with double bed (140x200) - Shower room with walk-in shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 3 with a king-size bed (180x200) Area : The flat is ideally located in the heart of the historic centre of Rennes.
All the local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. are close by. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the Lices or Bretagne car parks 150 meters away (paying car park). This is a beautiful, well-appointed apartment in a gorgeous old building in the historic part of Rennes, minutes on foot from lovely cafes and restaurants. We could not imagine a nicer place to stay: Clean, comfortable and quiet, too!

We had a great stay in downtown Rennes. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient for walking to restaurants, shops, and sights, and check-in/out was straightforward. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Would happily stay again.

Bon séjour à Rennes dans un appartement très bien placé mais difficile d'accès si vous avez beaucoup de bagages (on ne peut pas se garer à moins de 300m environ). L'endroit est très calme car donnant sur une cour intérieure. La cuisine est belle mais manque un peu d'ustensiles, la propreté des douches n'est pas parfaite. Le logement est spacieux et chaleureux.
