This detached holiday home in Cambo-les-Bains pairs a location near the centre with a private garden and terrace. Its 95 m² accommodate up to 4 guests, including a maximum of 3 children. Garden furniture makes it easy to enjoy time outdoors.
The living room has armchairs, a TV and a sofa that does not convert into a bed. In the separate kitchen, an oven, microwave and dishwasher help make meals straightforward. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and there is a separate toilet. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are also available.
There is a parking space in the enclosed courtyard. Pets are welcome, and smoking is permitted outside only. There is no charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles, and vehicles must not be plugged in at the house.
A park is approximately 300 m away, a restaurant about 400 m and a supermarket about 550 m. The train station is around 1 km away, all measured in a straight line.
Bed linen and towels are not included and should be requested when booking. Optional services must be booked before arrival and paid for on site: bed linen costs €20 per double bed, towels €8 per person per week and departure cleaning €66. Otherwise, guests are responsible for cleaning. Check-in is from 16:00 to 17:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
A check-out inventory is carried out with the agency. For departures on a Sunday, public holiday or before 8:30, a preliminary inventory takes place. The security deposit is cancelled or returned after the keys are received, provided everything is in order.

Peu de choses, quelquefois la difficulté à faire fonctionner les appareils électriques
Maison très agréable très joli coin le seul bémol les moustiques comme partout et peut être un ventilo pour les journées chaudes mais on a été très content très belle région et acceuil très chaleureux merci encore
