CAMBO, C354 - Small, detached, single-story, two-bedroom house built in the 1980s, very close to the town center on foot.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen, separate from the living room (table with 4 chairs, sideboard, and TV).
The living room is furnished with comfortable armchairs and a sofa.
It also has a dining area for 4 people.
Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed (140 cm) with a mattress topper for added comfort.
Each bedroom has storage space.
PETS ALLOWED - INTERNET ACCESS Parking space in the gated courtyard.
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure.
This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.
In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning (2-bedroom apartment): €66. - Bed linen (double bed): €20. - Towels/person/week: €8.

Maison très agréable très joli coin le seul bémol les moustiques comme partout et peut être un ventilo pour les journées chaudes mais on a été très content très belle région et acceuil très chaleureux merci encore
