Lovely flat with terrace and free Wifi. It stands in the exclusive residence of La Senia which offers a sunny community swimming pool and an outdoor shower. It is ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood only 1km from Jávea's Montañar rock beach and all services such as bars, restaurants and activities.

This comfortable, modern and bright flat is 115m² and is tastefully decorated and counts with air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms. The flat has 3 beautiful bedrooms with standing fans and can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom equipped with two single beds is next to a third bedroom with another 2 single beds. These two share a second bathroom with shower. The rest of the living area is on the same level, and offers a modern independent kitchen fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The spacious living/dining room has a table with chairs and a comfortable sofa. Smart TV with panoramic screen, Internet and double doors leading to the wonderful and spacious terrace of 12m².
On this terrace you can enjoy an outdoor dining table.
In the common areas you can enjoy a wonderful and spacious swimming pool, garden and outdoor shower.
