It is ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood only 1km from Jávea's Montañar rock beach and all services such as bars, restaurants and activities.

The flat has 3 beautiful bedrooms with standing fans and can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom equipped with two single beds is next to a third bedroom with another 2 single beds. These two share a second bathroom with shower. The rest of the living area is on the same level, and offers a modern independent kitchen fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The spacious living/dining room has a table with chairs and a comfortable sofa. Smart TV with panoramic screen, Internet and double doors leading to the wonderful and spacious terrace of 12m².

Hemos estado dos semanas alojados en el apartamento de Romy y la experiencia no podría haber sido mejor. Todo tal cual aparecía en el anuncio o incluso mejor muy buena ubicación, todo limpísimo y muy bien equipado. La comunicación con los chicos de la oficina de Rock Rentals fue genial, muy amables y educados. Totalmente recomendable!
