On the ground floor, you will find a bright dining room and kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and cooking utensils. In the same room, there is a double sofa bed for additional guests. The room is nicely furnished and has a TV for entertaining guests. From here, there is direct access to the private porch, equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals or relaxing with a view of the garden.
