Detached house in a quiet residential area, built in the 1930s and fully renovated.
Enclosed plot of 600m² crossed by one of Valence's canals (not secure, caution, young children to be supervised). Easy street parking (free). Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with dining area and sitting area (sofas, TV), reversible air conditioning in living room.
Separate WC and utility room.
Upstairs (accessed by a slightly steep staircase from the kitchen or by an outside staircase): 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the garden side (1x160) (1x140) (1x140) and 2 on the street side (1x180) (2x90 or 1x180). Three bedrooms have a study.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte propre confortable et parfaitement agencé. Il est de plus très bien placé, proche à pieds, des commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, supermarché). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mathis et son équipe. Merci ! Je recommande !
