In a privileged green environment, quiet, it is located on the edge of a private wood and near a hiking trail and a tree climbing site.
Its private spa and top-of-the-range services (walk-in spa shower, motorized beds, air conditioning, etc.) promise you delicious moments of relaxation.

5 minutes from the first beach on the Ardèche and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, just 15 minutes from the Pont d'Arc, between the Chauvet cave and the Aven d'Orgnac, near villages classified as the most beautiful villages in France (Labeaume,Vogüé, Balazuc) you will be ideally located to discover the charms of our beautiful region.

- fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.)
- bathroom with walk-in hydromassage shower
- Separate WC, laundry area with washing machine
- air conditioner
- 2 furnished terraces, part of which is a pergola with garden furniture and American barbecue
- relaxation area with spa with a capacity of 6 people (4 adults, 2 children) - outdoor spa open from March 15 to November 15
- bedroom 1: double bed 140x190
- bedroom 2: 2 motorized beds 80x200 (possibility of joining them for a bed 160x200)
-secure parking in the property (two cars), electric gate

The beds are fitted with mattress protectors, pillows and duvets.
Bed and household linen is provided, remember to bring your towels (possibility to rent if you wish)

The cottage is non-smoking inside.
