The Erve Valley, a Natura 2000 site, is also renowned for its prehistoric caves.

The area will delight hiking, mountain biking, and trail running enthusiasts: varied paths, varied escarpments, stepping stones… There is also a climbing site certified by the FFME (French Federation of Mountaineering and Climbing).

The gîte is located on the D130, between Chéméré le Roi and Cossé-en-Champagne. From Chéméré le Roi, pass the Moulin de Thévales, continue on the D130.
