This charming, thatched holiday home in Frisian style offers plenty of space for up to 6 people on approx. 100 m² and two levels. Nestled in the marvellous dune landscape of Hörnum on Sylt, you can enjoy absolute tranquillity and close proximity to the beach. A true paradise for nature lovers and anyone longing for a break from everyday life. Smoking is not permitted, dogs are welcome on request.

**LIVING AND ENJOYING**
The spacious living room invites you to spend relaxing hours with a large corner sofa, a cosy recliner and a TV. A dining table with 5 chairs offers plenty of space for shared meals. Thanks to the large south-facing panoramic windows, the room is wonderfully bright and sunny. From here, you have direct access to the wind-protected, furnished terrace with a view of the dunes and a beach chair - perfect for sunny afternoons and sociable evenings outdoors.

**KITCHEN WITH SYLTER CHARME**
The separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and even a bread slicer. The serving hatch to the dining area makes serving easier and creates a pleasant, open-plan feel.

**PURE RELAXATION IN COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS**
The house has three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bunk bed (240x200 cm), built-in wardrobe and TV. From here you can enjoy a spectacular sea view - a unique ambience for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers two single beds (100x200 cm each) and invites you to dream with an armchair and picturesque North Sea views. The third bedroom is also furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm each) and a chest of drawers and has direct access to the first bathroom.

**WOODY BATHROOMS FOR RELAXED MOMENTS**
Two bathrooms ensure comfort and well-being: a maritime blue tiled bathroom with shower and daylight, which provides real Sylt flair, and another bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
A built-in wardrobe in the entrance area offers additional storage space. In the basement you will find a tumble dryer for your laundry. Two car parking spaces are available, and WiFi is also available (no guarantee).
