Bright and cosy house with garden in a condominium with swimming pool and private access to the beach, in Aci Castello.


Casa Magnolia is on two levels and enjoys a splendid outdoor area with dining area and relaxation area with sofas and armchairs in which to relax in the open air. Stairs lead to the living area, located on the first floor, decorated with a sofa, armchairs, television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. On the upper floor is the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a French bed, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out. Two further bathrooms with shower complete the layout.


The house is located within a condominium with a shared swimming pool and access to the private beach with an equipped platform.


Available to guests are amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating.

*The shared swimming pool is open from 15 June to 30 September. Guests may be required to wear swimming caps.

Aci Castello and its neighbour Aci Trezza, are two pearls on the east coast of Sicily.
