This beautiful detached house with large garden is for rent in L'Escala for 8 people. It is located five minutes walk from the beach of Riells, next to the restaurants and bars, supermarket and souvenirs, and thirty minutes walk to the old town. You can also walk to the Natural Park of Montgrí and its enchanting forests.


The accommodation is distributed on two floors, inside the house there is a living room with sofas and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house has five bedrooms, one with a double bed, two bedrooms with a 90cm bed each and two with two single beds each.

It has three bathrooms, one with shower and the other two with bathtub. All bedrooms and bathrooms come with bed linen and towels.



The house also provides a portable barbecue, two tables for outdoor dining, a space for playing football, a ping pong table and a small net for playing volleyball. There are large terraces.


The house has a private garage for 2 cars.



Entrance: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays or holidays please contact the agency. The place to pick up the keys: the agency. A deposit will be paid by credit card on arrival (300€) and will be returned within 7 days after departure.

The bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax 1€/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (11,90€ per booking which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check in after 20:00.
