The flat is totally reformed and nicely decorated.
Lovely views to the sea and gardens from the living room.
The window in the living room completely opens which gives more space and great open view onto the communal gardens, pool and the sea! The terrace facing south so you have sun all day long with just few steps away from the refreshing swim in the pool.
AC units ( cold/heat) in living room and bedroom, all windows have electric shutters.
Bedroom with quality comfortable bed. Super modern kitchen is totally equipped.
