The holiday home is located in the north of the island of Rügen, on the Wittow peninsula, a little off the village of Dranske in the Goos district.
It is very quietly situated, surrounded by a beautiful, well-maintained garden, and only approx. 350 m from the Baltic Sea beach.
The cozy house is ideal for nature lovers seeking tranquility amidst nature and away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts.
The detached, thatched holiday home was newly built in 2000, renovated in 2023, and offers a high level of comfort as well as cozy, lovingly designed furnishings with lots of wood and natural materials in bright colors.
The house stands on a 1,000 sqm well-maintained property with beautiful trees.
Garden furniture, a hammock, and loungers invite you to relax. Access to the natural beach is about 350 meters away. Guests have 3 parking spaces on the property, two of them under a carport.
There are also covered bicycle storage facilities on the property.
The flat Wittow peninsula is ideal for cycling. "Heidi's Reethaus" offers accommodation for 5 people. On the upper floor of the house, there are 2 bedrooms, both equipped with double beds.
In the living room, an additional person can sleep on the sofa bed. If needed, a self-inflating air mattress is available (1.20 x 2.00 m). From the upstairs bedrooms, you have a beautiful lake view, where you can watch the sunsets and passing sailboats. There are two spacious, bright bathrooms in the house: one upstairs with a large corner bathtub and one downstairs with a level-access, spacious glass shower. The entire ground floor is designed to be senior-friendly, including a shower toilet (only the entrance steps need to be overcome). In the living area, a cozy sofa corner invites you to cuddle up, and the large dining table is perfect for enjoyable meals with good company. In addition to a large flat-screen TV, there is a radio, DVD player, and Blu-ray player for entertainment, as well as free Wi-Fi. The bright country-style kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, immersion blender, hand mixer, and of course, sufficient crockery and other kitchen utensils.
There is also a cozy dining area here in the kitchen. For the youngest guests, a cot, two high chairs, a child's stool, children's dishes + cutlery, a night light, sand toys, and a sandbox are available.
A washing machine is also available for use in the house. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating, as does the bathroom on the upper floor. Pets are allowed.
