Huset beliggenhed, udsigt, størrelse og pool.
Desværre for mange detaljer, der ikke var i orden. Huset savner flere små og mange vedligeholdelses opdateringer, der tilsammen tager toppen af dette skønne sted.

Ligt afgezonderd tussen landbouwgrond. Heel rustig, maar toch vlakbij Peniscola.
