Bright and welcoming 60 mq apartment with terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and able to accommodate up to 3 people! The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building with lift located in a residential area of the Precotto district of Milan and overlooks the shared garden.
The property is located in a strategic position to reach Monza and the center of Milan (via underground or suburban trains from Greco Pirelli). Free street parking (not guaranteed). The 60m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and communication with the team was easy and efficient.

Casa bella come la foto unica peccato é non c’è microonde, poi ti dicono di fare raccolta differenziata ma non ci sono sacchetti sacchetti da utilizzare e l’hot sono poco disponibili ci impiegano molto per rispondere ai messaggi. Il resto è tutto ottimo

The apartment itself was fine, but it fell a bit short on the essentials. The location wasn't the best, and the amenities were very limited—we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper and a single laundry capsule for our stay. There were also no basic kitchen staples like salt or pepper. It works if you just need a place to crash, but it definitely lacked some standard hospitality touches.
