Daybed (sleeping accommodation for 1 person). Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with 2 double beds (one of which is 160 cm wide). Separate toilet. Outdoors: Furnished terrace, hot tub (can be heated by wood-burning stove), water trough. Welcome to the Alpine Hut! You can expect: Approx. 65 m², fenced property, hot tub, 2 bedrooms, washbasins in the bedrooms, hot water shower outdoors, radio, board games, furnished terrace, parasol, sun loungers, charcoal grill, campfire site, firewood storage, water trough, poor network reception in the hut, public parking for 1 to 2 cars (approx. 20 min. walk to the hut – the landlord will transport luggage to the hut). Your Cool Vacation on the Alm The bells gently chime in rhythm with the relaxed alpine cows and their calves.
They are thoroughly enjoying themselves all around your alpine pasture.
They savor the delicious alpine herbs, the fresh air, and their freedom. Where the animals are so happy, Almliesl's guests spend the best time of the year. You begin your getaway on the alpine pasture with a short walk (20 minutes) from the organic farm in Salzburger Forstau, right in the heart of the Ski Amadé holiday region.
Your luggage will be brought to the alpine hut for you. You will shed your everyday worries with your very first steps.
You will feel yourself becoming lighter with every meter gained in altitude, and your anticipation for your hut vacation will grow. Arrive on your cozy terrace with a private panoramic cinema far above the surrounding mountain world.
After a hearty sip of fresh mountain water from your well, you’ll know: vacation at last! Interesting Highlights: In the summer of 2019, the approximately 60-year-old hut was completely renovated and refurnished. The cows are your only neighbors on the alpine pasture. You have your own hot tub! Simply wonderful. Grill area, sun loungers, and parasol for sweet idleness. Top hiking tips directly from the hut door, personally recommended by the owner.
For example: The family-friendly hike to the Oberhütte am See (approx. 1.5 hours) including a summit cross experience, or directly to the serviced Vögeialm (approx. 20 min. walk). You are also welcome to visit the landlord's farm by arrangement.
Lambs, cats, rabbits, ponies, and many more are waiting for extensive petting.
The farm's playground and fish pond are also a true paradise for children.
Be sure to use your time at the farm to stock up on the best seasonal organic products from the region.
You will be well supplied for your hut vacation and for souvenirs to take home. Tip: The Amadé Thermal Spa in Altenmarkt is a top tip for bad weather.
