Welcome to this bright and comfortable 77 m² stone house, ideal for 6 people, just 300 m from the town center.
Spread over two levels, it offers an 18 m² living room, three bedrooms (one on the ground floor), and a shower room.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, as well as all the necessary amenities (washing machine, tumble dryer/clothes rack, flat-screen TV, iron, vacuum cleaner, and baby equipment). Enjoy a 60 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue.
The South Beach is 600 m away, the Grande Plage (Main Beach) and North Beach are 700 m away, the bus station is 800 m away, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away.
The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive. PAYABLE upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: - Linens: sheets €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week, set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of two bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week. - Cleaning: €100. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
