Lovely flat with garden in a residential area near the centre of Santa Margherita Ligure.
The flat, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests with a garden equipped with a sofa, wrought iron table and chairs and a sun umbrella. The entrance opens onto a corridor connecting all the rooms. The living area includes a living room with access to the garden, furnished with a sofa, armchairs and dining table, and a small independent kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher and kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe, the other with a bunk bed. A bathroom with bathtub completes the layout.
Available to guests are amenities such as a washing machine, iron and heating.
*Guests can make use of two uncovered parking spaces, one adjacent to the garden, the other in front of the property.
Pets weighing less than 5 kg are welcome, at an extra cost of €25 per animal, per stay.
