The villa is distributed over two floors as follows





MAIN FLOOR




* KITCHEN: on the main floor there is a beautiful independent modern kitchen with the following equipment: 3 ovens, 3 fridges with freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 washing machine, 1 induction hob, 1 microwave, 1 kettle, 1 coffee machine, 1 toaster, 1 mixer, 1 iron, complete kitchenware and cutlery. There is also an island with 6 stools and a table for up to 16 people. From this room we have direct access to the garden through 2 large windows.



* LIVING ROOM: a spacious and bright room with L-shaped sofa for up to 6 people, 85' TV with international channels and several individual armchairs.



* BEDROOM 1: is the only room in the property that can be accessed without climbing any stairs and is suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. It has a 150x200 double bed, wardrobe, mirror and en-suite bathroom.




* BATHROOM: bathroom with shower located on the main floor.




* TOILET: toilet on the main floor.





FIRST FLOOR



* BEDROOM 2: can be considered the main bedroom of the house and has 1 double bed of 150x200, double sofa, sofa, large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.



* BEDROOM 3: consists of 1 double bed 150x200, flat screen TV, wardrobe and mirror. Very spacious in this room.




* BEDROOM 4: consists of 1 double bed 150x200, desk to work, wardrobe, mirror and access to a terrace of 40 square metres with relaxation area.



* BEDROOM 5: consists of 1 double bed 150x200, built-in wardrobe and mirror.



* BEDROOM 6: consists of 2 single beds of 90x190, flat screen TV, wardrobe and mirror.



* BEDROOM 7: consists of 1 bunk bed + two single beds of 90x190, flat screen TV, board games, video games for children, wardrobe and mirror.



* BATHROOMS: on the main floor there are two additional bathrooms. Totally new and refurbished like the rest of the house.







EXTERIOR



* Parking inside the plot for up to 5 cars, without ramps or slopes.


* The electricity of the house is obtained through solar panels, we contribute to a clean and sustainable energy.

* The villa has 3 cameras outside the house. One at the entrance, one behind the house and one at the entrance of the cars.
