The swimming pool is heated from 01/06 to 15/09. However, if the nights are cool, heating the pool does not guarantee optimal water temperature.

You can enjoy 3 terraces facing due west:
75 m² around the swimming pool + 35 m² which extends the living room + a 40m² covered area.

Located on the ground floor, it has
