This former independent workshop has been completely restored for your comfort. Ideal for any season, with the lake, which is swimmable in summer, just 500 meters away, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet, unspoiled, and spacious surroundings of its large wooded and flowery garden. The village shops are all nearby. For a romantic getaway or a family getaway, this is the perfect place!
Just steps from Lake Léon, in a superb wooded and flowery park, you'll be charmed by this former independent workshop, converted into a ground floor space.
It features a living/dining room opening onto the kitchen, a shower room, two bedrooms (two double beds), a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a TV, electric and central heating, and a shared enclosed garden.
Garden furniture, barbecue, a terrace, and a courtyard.
Baby equipment. 7,000 m² of enclosed shared land with a private section.
On-site, there are two other cottages and the owner's house 50 meters away.
For more than one pet, please contact us. If agreed, €30 per week per additional pet is charged.
A cleaning option is available, payable on site at €60.
All invitations during your stay must be authorized by the owner.
This cottage is flexible. When renting for 4 people, you will only have the rooms listed above; the rest of the accommodation is closed.
For rentals between June 21 and August 30 and during all school holidays, find this cottage for its total capacity (for rentals up to 15 people maximum) under reference 10729.

Que dire ! Notre séjour a été parfait de l'accueil à notre départ avec regret.Un endroit calme avec un propriétaire à l'écoute de ses clients, ce gîte est très bien équipé. A recommander, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le gite est situé a 15 minutes du centre de Léon , quinze minutes du lac .On peut rester au calme , profiter du "parc " du gite , sur les transats.Par contre , et ca concerne toutes les locations , il faut arrêter de nous faire venir a partir de 1h le premier samedi et nous demander de partir a 9 h a la fin du séjour.Nous recommandons ce gite .

Séjour de courte durée dans ce gîte dans un écrin de verdure où se trouve également 2 autres gîtes ainsi que la maison des propriétaires.Très belles maisons anciennes avec un grand espace extérieur privé pour tous.L'intérieur a été rénové avec goût avec tout le confort.Excellent accueil du propriéta...
