From here, you have easy and quick access to the beaches, and you discover all the activities offered by the natural and wild Landes.
In this 1920s mansion, you will appreciate the space, the beautiful volumes and the location in the center of the town with all the shops accessible on foot or by bike. Here, we come as a group to enjoy a stay with family or friends and we take advantage of the beautiful interior and exterior volumes and a decoration mixing modernity and old architectural elements: beautiful staircase, old tiles, wood... A new address to discover as soon as possible...
This vast independent house of 250m² is laid out on 2 levels and composed
a living room with dining area and lounge area (TV),
a kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment),
6 bedrooms (4 140 cm beds, 4 90 cm beds),
a bathroom,
a bathroom,
2 toilets.
The exterior grounds are entirely enclosed (with year-round accommodation): it consists of a courtyard, a garden, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
It extends with a small stream and a wooded area to relax.
You benefit from easy access to the motorway approximately 500m away.
