This is the perfect vacation: a very bright, comfortable, and tastefully furnished cottage, a shared pool for refreshing dips, a large terrace for sunbathing afternoons, a beautiful flower-filled property, a sandy beach half an hour away, and the surrounding pine forest that you can explore on foot or by bike.
Welcome to the Landes region and enjoy the gentle Gascon way of life. Gîte adjoining the owner's house on the ground floor, comprising: a kitchen/living room/lounge area, a small bedroom (8.10 m² - 1 double bed), a shower room/toilet. Equipment: Dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer combination, electric barbecue, TV, Wi-Fi, electric heating, reversible air conditioning in the veranda (washing machine available upon request). Bed linens, towels, and household linens are available for rental, but can be reserved with the owner. Outdoors: Fenced grounds, Garden furniture, Courtyard, Shared swimming pool (5m x 10m) with the owners, 1 to 2.20 m deep, secured by an alarm and open from April to September, weather permitting. Terrace. 2,500 m² of land with private area. Gîte in the village. Cycle paths at the foot of the gîte. Close to the N10 (low noise).

Le gîte est bien équipé et exactement comme décrit. La piscine était très appréciée, tout comme les pistes cyclables à proximité. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et accessibles en faisant tout pour assurer notre confort et notre plaisir. Nous nous réjouissons d’un futur séjour au Clos Fleuri.

Après 6 années à passer nos vacances aux Clos Joli, c'est toujours un bonheur de retrouver ce cadre magnifique et d'une tranquillité que l'ont apprécie. L'accueil de Mr et Mme La Fenêtre est toujours aussi agréable, et sont à l'écoutent de leurs locataires.
