The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a residence. The two balconies with sun loungers extend the interior living space and invite you to daydream.
It has a private closed garage of 25m² allowing your vehicle to be parked in complete safety.
It is composed :
- a beautiful entrance with large cupboards,
- a large living room with lounge (TV, stereo, WIFI), dining room,
- a fully equipped independent kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher),
- a bedroom (1 140x190 bed),
- a bathroom (with bathtub, washing machine and dryer), a separate toilet.
- A second bedroom (with 1 140x190 bed) can be offered at your request for a maximum capacity of 3 people (supplement of 12€ / night).

For your comfort, sheets, bathroom linen, household linen as well as heating, water and electricity are included in the price.
