Adjoining another gîte, this cottage comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (two double beds and a cot/travel cot), a shower room, a utility room, and a separate toilet.
This is a non-smoking cottage.
Amenities include a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, TV, Wi-Fi, and microwave.
Reversible air conditioning is provided.
Bed linen is included.
Towels and household linen are available as an optional extra.
There is a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Chickens, a rooster, and pigeons roam near the cottage.
Organic produce is produced and sold nearby.
A second pet is permitted with the owner's prior consent; if approved, a supplement of €100 per week will be charged.

Gîte très propre et bien équipé. Bon accueil des propriétaires que nous remercions pour la petite douceur laissée sur la table à notre attention. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Logement bien placé par rapport aux commodités. Nous espérons y revenir un jour !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Lou Parc, pour son environnement calme et sa situation privilégiée pour les balades à vélo. La semaine estivale nous a permis de profiter de la plage de Moliets ou du lac de Léon. L'accueil des propriétaires a été chaleureux.Ce fut un séjour de rêve en plein mois d'octobre.

Au calme, dans la pinède, confort, équipement, parking facile, proche des ravitaillement, plusieurs marques de bienvenue des propriétaires, tout y est. Rien de manque et on se retrouve comme à la maison avec le dépaysement en plus. Merci.
