This old dovecote, completely renovated, will seduce you.
The enchanting setting of its large wooded and flowery park, the proximity to the lake and all the shops in the village, the comfort of the house, everything is designed to make your stay unforgettable. With family or friends, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the holidays!
You will be charmed by this old independent dovecote on the ground floor and first floor,
living room,
corner sofa with chaise longue,
kitchenette,
shower room,
3 bedrooms including 1 upstairs (2 double beds, 2 single beds).
Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, insert (wood not provided), electric heating, TV, laptop.
Sheets, household linen & towels provided for weekend rentals, i.e. 2 nights maximum.
Cleaning option possible at an additional cost. WIFI.
Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.
Land 10000 m² enclosed common owners and 2 gites, with private part, not overlooked.
Route du Lac running along the land.
MANDATORY all invitations of people during the stay, must be the subject of a request for authorization from the owner
Beyond one animal consult us, if agreement 30 € per week per additional animal. Animals must be kept on a leash on the property. ARRIVAL AFTER 6 PM EXCLUDED AND DEPARTURE MANDATORY 10 AM
