This former workshop has been completely renovated into a spacious rental, ideal for a vacation with your whole family.
You'll be charmed by the interior space with its huge 75m² living room, the brightness of the rooms, the quality of the materials, and the resolutely modern decor combining wood and metal.
A chic and understated address on the Landes coast, not to be missed... Just steps from Lake Léon, in a superb wooded and flowered park, this former independent workshop is located on the ground floor, with a spacious living/dining room opening onto the kitchen, pantry, 5 bedrooms + 1 dormitory (4 double beds and 7 single beds, including 4 bunk beds), 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Amenities: Washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, TV, freezer, wood stove, electric and central heating (heat pump), shared enclosed grounds.
Wood not provided. Baby equipment. For your comfort, sheets, towels, and linens are provided, and beds are made upon arrival: a saving of €180. Garden furniture, barbecue, covered terrace and pergola, courtyard. 7,000 m² enclosed shared grounds with private area. Owner 50 meters away. Cleaning service available, payable on site (€100). The maximum capacity of the cottage is 15 people: no additional guests will be accepted. All invitations during the stay must be authorized by the owner. For more than one animal, please contact us. If agreed, €50 per week per additional animal.

Ai même titre que l'an dernier tout s'est très bien déroulé pour nos groupe d'adultes en situation de handicap mental.Maison adaptées, confortable, pratique et bien équipée.Le propriétaire est toujours à l'écoute.Nous y reviendrons bien évidement!

Gîte très agréable, qui permet d'être ensemble (grand séjour, terrasse..) tout en ayant des espaces personnels (chambres, salle de bains)Nous étions 12 et nous y avons passé un super week-end. Le gîte est neuf et la déco vraiment sympa avec tt ce qu'il faut. Le propriétaire est à côté et disponibleNous reviendrons ?

Séjour très agréable à l'atelier XXL ! Grande maison confortable pouvant accueillir une grande famille ou des amis. Petit bémol sur certains ustensiles de cuisine qui mériteraient d'être renouvelés, et sur l'accès au Wi i peu opérationnel. L'ensemble est tout de même très positif ! Merci pour votre accueil.
