The property is located in the Spisone area (Taormina), a few steps from the beach, and only 5 minutes (by car or public transport) from the extraordinary Isola Bella and the Taormina - Mazzarò cable car, thanks to which it is possible to easily reach the center of Taormina, with its beauty. ***Airport shuttle service from/to Catania Airport available upon request*** The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA/SLEEPING AREA with double sofa bed, wardrobe, 32-inch flat screen TV, small dining table and KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, fridge and kitchenware); - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (one split), hairdryer. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30 EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00 Late check-ins are not available after 00:00. In about 5 minutes by car or public transport it is possible to reach the center of Taormina, with its unmissable jewels, such as Isola Bella, the Ancient Theater and the Cathedral. In the Mazzarò area there are restaurants and grocery stores. Main attractions: - Beaches: 2 minutes on foot; - Mazzarò cable car: 5 minutes by car/public transport; - Taormina Center: 10 minutes by car/20 minutes by public transport.
