Description
This beautifully spacious and bright six-person holiday home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is only a few hundred metres from the beach of Renesse. The playful layout, spacious bedrooms with custom windows and wonderful light on all sides make this a unique accommodation. This beach villa is ideal for families and those seeking tranquility. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate groups of young people in this accommodation.

Accommodation
The hall leads into the spacious living room, characterised by its high ceiling, beautiful wooden beams and huge windows. The living room is spacious but cosy, with natural materials and warm furnishings. A comfortable sitting area has been created near the television, with a spacious corner sofa, separate armchair and practical coffee tables. The centre point of the living room is the staircase to the second floor between the living and dining areas. The spacious dining table with seating for six has comfortable chairs. The entire living room boasts a view of the spacious garden and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle. 

The stairs in the living room lead to the second floor, where two of the three bedrooms are located. These two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), bedside tables and a closet. The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower, sink and towel radiator. There is also a separate toilet. 

The third bedroom is on the first floor. This bedroom also has two single beds (80 x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower. The entire first floor, including the bedroom and bathroom, is equipped with underfloor heating. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. 

The living room leads onto the partially covered terrace (16 m2). The garden (300 m2) is completely enclosed, allowing even small children to play outside to their heart's content. There is a lovely garden set and two lounge beds to relax and enjoy the outdoors. 

The house has a washer and dryer for added convenience; after a long day at the beach, you can refresh your towels and swimwear for the next day. 

If you are staying with small children, the house also has a crib and high chair available. The driveway offers room to park two cars. Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental.

Renesse—you are bound to have heard of this seaside town. If you only know it from stories, it is high time to experience Renesse for yourself. The seaside town of Renesse is all about the beach—it may even be why you are viewing this holiday rental. And rightly so! It is a beautiful beach, and with the beautiful nature reserve around Renesse, you are guaranteed a wonderful holiday here. Have you ever seen a seal in the wild? Chances are you will experience it in Renesse! Seals can almost always be seen on the sandbars of the beach from two hours before and up to two hours after low tide. The centre of Renesse offers ample opportunity for shopping in unique boutiques and no shortage of restaurants and comfortable terraces. Enjoy your holiday in Renesse—it’s fun for all ages. The beach villa is located next to the holiday park (Vakantiepark) Zonnedorp. During your stay, you can use the facilities of this family campsite. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate youth groups in this accommodation.
