The living areas include a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a living/dining room with TV, DVD player, dining seating and a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms include a super-king-size, double, a triple with bunk and single and a single, serviced by a bathroom, shower room and cloakroom. To the outside is a terrace garden with furniture and swimming pool along with parking. This is a smoke and pet free property. You can find a shop, beach and pub in less than a mile. Escape to Topside for a splendid retreat to Devon. Note: The pool is open from mid June until 1st September Note: No children to be left unattended by the pool.
Note: The swimming pool area is gated but children should not be left unattended outside on the lower terrace or around the swimming pool
Note: this property does not have parking. On street parking and local pay and display car parks are within short walking distance of the property

Topside is a great location, the pool is a hidden gem. The property is tired, but the beds and bathrooms are very comfy and plenty of wardrobe space which is rare in Salcombe rentals! We had a fantastic 3 weeks. I would recommend Topside with the caveat that the place is in need of some tlc, but the location and space was really fab.
