From the living room, you can access the loggia and balcony through the large sliding glass door.

Nearby are the Atoll leisure center with a bathing beach, the bus stop, the boat landing stage, the boat rental, tennis courts, and the cross-country ski trail by the lake.
Cycling and hiking trails start directly at the house. Our new holiday apartment "Auszeit am See" is equipped with large window fronts all around.
You will have the feeling of sitting outdoors in the green or in a winter landscape all year round and will be fascinated by the beautiful Achensee, framed by the Karwendel and Rofan mountains. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
We charge a fee of €18 per day, excluding food. Fresh breakfast pastries can be ordered upon request. All roads lead to the "Sea of Tyrol"! Stress-free and uncomplicated – whether you are traveling by train and bus, car, or plane.

Von der freundlichen Herta Köhle herzlich begrüßt, optimal versorgt und rundherum zufrieden. Die Lage der "Auszeit" ist ein Traum, der Architekt hat außergewöhnliches geschaffen, fernab von jedweder Tümelei und doch sehr gemütlich.
