Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room opening onto the kitchen, a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200) with its own bathroom, toilet with hand basin, laundry room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200) (2 single beds 80x200 which can be combined on prior request), bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Outdoors
In a local stone farmhouse, gîte adjoining another gîte (22G351052 - Louise - 4 people) with private courtyard at the front of 55 m² (terrace and artificial lawn) and shared garden at the back of 800 m² in lawn with games for young and old (ping-pong table, boules alley, badminton equipment).
At the back of the property: the small goats' enclosure and storage room (practical for your bikes or other equipment, etc.).
House & grounds
Still on the property a 3rd independent gîte: 22G351054 - L'Olivier - 6 people) Come settle down and relax in this little rural corner of the Breton seaside.
The Gîtes of Sylvie and Olivier are waiting for you.
Location & surroundings
On site and at Les Sables d'Or: fun experiences, iodized activities, walks and letting go will be there.
You don't yet know the Sables d'Or resort? It is at the same time: the GR34 path which runs along its coastline, a casino, a golf course, a large beach, the lagoon, marshes, a nautical club, rosalies, restaurants, entertainment, the Sunday morning market in summer.
The town of Plurien, just 3 km away, is not to be outdone with its pretty little heritage and its food shops.
For tourist landmarks: Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte, with their breathtaking landscapes, are only 13 km away.
This territory is also qualified as a Great Site of France and includes the neighboring resort of Erquy 7 km away, capital of the Coquille Saint Jacques in Côte de Penthièvre.
