The fenced, hillside property of the fully furnished 60sqm vacation apartment, with a beautiful covered terrace for relaxation, is located directly on the outskirts of town and has direct access to the forest through the garden.

Shops and public transport are also easily accessible on foot. The apartment is located in the basement of the house and is accessible via a few stairs from the street through a separate entrance. As a welcome gift, we provide you with a drink.
A bottle of water is also always available for our guests. The living room is equipped with a 140x200cm sofa bed, Internet TV via Waipu TV, CD radio, as well as some board games and books.

A child safety lock is installed on the stove. Basic kitchen supplies are also provided (salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, spices, paper towels). Is something missing? Then let us know! A basic supply of coffee, coffee whitener, various types of tea, sugar, many spices, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar, as well as balsamic and olive oil, are also provided. Kitchen towels are provided twice a week. By arrangement and for a fee, we can supply you with regional drinks such as beer from Scherdel, Gumpert, or Stelzer Bräu, non-alcoholic drinks from Frankenbrunnen, as well as regional meat & sausage, and place them directly in the refrigerator.
A roll service is possible on various days by arrangement. The bedroom is equipped with a Samsung Smart TV and has a 160x200cm double bed. Bed linen is provided once for a 2-week stay. Furthermore, an iron and an ironing board are available. A basic supply of toilet paper, kitchen towels, aluminum foil, cling film, garbage bags, laundry detergent, fabric softener, various cleaning agents, cloths, disinfectant, hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel are also provided. One set of towels per guest per week is provided. The idyllic garden borders directly on a forest path.
