- This 2-room holiday flat is classified according to DTV (German Tourism Association) with 4 stars, 68m² in size and is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet house.

The living room is furnished with a spacious corner couch. A coffee table, armchair and dining area complete the furnishings. Additional guests on request.

In the bedroom you will find a comfortable box-spring bed and a spacious wardrobe.

The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a microwave and dishwasher.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, two washbasins and a WC.

The Kraus No. 2 holiday flat has a south-facing balcony. This orientation makes the living room very bright.

You can park your car in front of the house in the free car park.

Your home from home on Lake Tegernsee

Quiet and central, away from the noise and yet in the middle of picturesque Rottach-Egern on Lake Tegernsee, you will quickly forget stress and restlessness and spend wonderful holidays.

Our modern and friendly furnished holiday flats are only a few minutes' walk from the lake and the elegant shops of Rottach.

The holiday flats 1 and 2 are located on the 2nd floor and offer a balcony. Holiday apartment 4 on the ground floor offers you a small terrace and the lawn in front of it. Holiday flat 3 is located in the basement. You can use the lawn behind the house. All four flats have separate bedrooms. There is a dental practice with laboratory in the house.

The sauna and tepidarium (Roman warming room for relaxation) in the house are available to guests of holiday flats 1, 2 and 4. The car parks are directly in front of the house.
Note on pets
Pets are only allowed after prior consultation and for an additional charge. The dog owner agrees to the following:



- The dog does not attract attention by barking continuously

- The dog does not scratch the furnishings

- The dog only stays on the floor

- The dog does not stay on the neighbouring properties

- The dog does not soil the garden

- The wet dog is dried off before entering the apartment

- The dog owner is liable for damage and soiling

Location

The Seestraße, Rottach's promenade, with its elegant shops and cosy restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away.

The lido, just a few hundred metres away, is ideal for swimming.

In winter, the Sutten/Spitzingsee ski area can be reached by car in just over 15 minutes. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts, whether classic or skating style, will find trails of varying degrees of difficulty in the immediate vicinity, e.g. the Sonnenmoos tour over 6.5 km in length, starting approx. 2.5 km from the holiday flat.
