3-room flat (approx. 62 m²) in the house Tavanera. The flat has a large living room with integrated fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge). Open fireplace, balcony, TV and W-Lan. One bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed and one bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom, separate WC.

Description of the accommodation

The Soleval holiday centre is nestled between Lenzerheide and Valbella next to the sports centre with the H2Lai wellness pool. The village of Lenzerheide, the Heidsee lake with Lido and the Rothornbahn cable car valley station with the bike park and access to the ski area are just a few minutes' walk away. In winter, the valley run of the Rothorn cable car passes directly behind the Soleval. Access to the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area is via the Dieschen ski lift next door. Ski-in and ski-out are perfectly guaranteed. The free sports bus stop is right in front of the complex, so you can be flexible at any time, even without a car.

Services: Reception with games hire / souvenir kiosk, ski pass sales point / breakfast kiosk (open from Christmas to Easter, July/August and during the autumn holidays)

- If you cancel up to 8 weeks (57 days) before your arrival date, a processing fee of CHF 60.00 will be retained / included in the rental price: covered car parking space / energy costs (electricity, hot water, heating) / VAT / free entry to the H2Lai wellness centre
