Description of the accommodation
Welcome to Haus Avallon.
We built our house in 2010 and it has the holiday apartment Finn (ground floor) and holiday apartment Justin (top floor).
It is located on the beautiful sunny side of Cochem, on a traffic-calmed street in Ober-Cond.
Our holiday apartments are all non-smoking apartments.
No pets. Free parking is available behind the house, or public parking opposite the house. There is storage space for your bicycles in the garage. The bus stop is a few meters from the house, so you can easily reach the train station or the city center. From April, you will receive a guest ticket upon arrival, which allows you to use all buses and trains of public local transport (ÖPNV/SPNV) in the entire VRM area free of charge during your stay.
Discounts on sights and businesses. In about 20 minutes on foot, you can reach the center of Cochem with its cozy restaurants, cafés, inns, and wine taverns.
Pretty boutiques and small shops invite you to browse and shop. On the way there, you will experience an excellent view of the Reichsburg castle and the Moselle River. Distances: -Train station 900m -Shopping facilities (Aldi/Rewe/Kik/Bakery) 500m -Reichsburg Cochem 2.2km -Moselle thermal baths for sports activities or fun 800m -Old town 1.7km -Motorway 14km We look forward to your arrival in the beautiful wine village of Cochem. Miscellaneous We require: - E-mail address, first name, last name with address of the traveling persons and telephone number Directions Arrival: 2 PM or by arrangement Departure: 9:30 AM Description of the apartment Our 64sqm holiday apartment Finn for 2-3 people is located in the basement, behind the house, with a separate entrance. The apartment was renovated in 2021. It consists of a cozy combined living-kitchen area with a sofa bed (can be used for one additional person or two children for an extra charge), 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower/toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc., satellite TV. Terrace with seating is provided. Parking is behind the house in front of the terrace.
Bicycles can be stored in the garage. A baby travel cot or an extra bed can be provided upon request. Our holiday apartments are all non-smoking apartments. No pets
