Accommodation Description
The 2-room apartment is located in the 4-family house Segl Crest.
Sunny and quiet location with a magnificent view of the lake and the Lenzerhorn. 250 m to the stop of the free sports bus (high season only, summer/winter) and to the lake.
Ideal starting point for skiing, cross-country skiing, and hiking. The private road is regularly cleared after snowfall; carrying snow chains is recommended. Miscellaneous - Included: Electricity, heating, water, and a parking space in the Segl Crest building. - The Segl Crest building operates a non-public charging station for e-vehicles, which is gladly available to our guests. - All linen is NOT included / bath/terry towels and bed linen, as well as kitchen towels and dishcloths, must be brought by the tenant. - A linen set can be rented on request directly from the landlord for CHF 25.00 per set. Payment is made in cash upon handover of the apartment keys. - Non-smoking apartment. - Dogs and cats are allowed.
A surcharge of CHF 20.00 applies, payable in cash upon handover of the apartment keys. Directions From Chur, at the entrance to Lenzerheide, turn right towards Val Sporz, after 300 m turn left, you will receive the keys from Ms. Pinto at the "Allod" house.
Continue towards Val Sporz, the first street on the right (Voa Davos Lai) to Hotel Seehof, turn left into Voa Casoja, the "Segl Crest" house is at the end of the street, after the row of garages. Key handover takes place at the key holder's location.
When arriving by public transport to the Valbella bus stop, using a taxi is recommended. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie versprochen. Hilfreich wäre, wenn etwas mehr Information vorhanden wäre. Z.B.
- Eingang führt durch die Garage
- es gibt nur eine Matratze, Leintücher, die mitgebracht werden, sollten diese ... Grösse -haben.
- Kaffeemaschine benötigt Nesspressokompatible Kapseln etc.

Kleine Wohnung für 2 Personen. Gute Lage. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Alles vorhanden.
Sehr ringhörig, alte Betten (Matratzen), Kopfkissen bitte ersetzen! Sauberkeit im Allgemeinen gut; nur Fensterscheiben schmierig und nicht geputzt. Schlechter Geruch im Schlafzimmer.
