Description of the Apartment
Sleeping arrangements consist of one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area.
The living area is furnished in a country house style with a seating area, dining table, color TV, and hi-fi system. The kitchen, equipped with a 2-plate ceramic hob, microwave, and dishwasher, is integrated into the living area.
The floor is tiled.
A shower room/WC completes this cozy apartment. Pets are allowed.
You have a sea view from the north-facing balcony. Parking space no. 26 is available for you in the underground garage.
The parking spaces are double parkers.
Please ensure that your car does not exceed 5.00 m in length, 1.90 m in width, and 1.50 m in height to avoid any inconvenience during your stay.
The permissible gross weight is 2000 kg.
Roof boxes, bicycle racks, car antennas, etc., must be removed before entering. Depending on availability, in exceptional cases, an outdoor parking space can be arranged as an alternative to the underground parking space.
If these are already occupied, only a paid solution in a public car park would be possible.
If the vehicle upon arrival does not meet the dimensions of the original parking space in the underground garage, we will withdraw from the commitment of the outdoor parking space. Please note that in the high season, continuous booking is required. The minimum stay over the New Year period is 4 nights. Both consumption costs and the car parking space are already included in the overnight price.
