Apartment Description The newly furnished 70 sqm holiday apartment consists of a large living/sleeping room with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower/WC. Directly in front of the holiday apartment, there is a 100 sqm private terrace with garden furniture for your exclusive use. Accommodation Description Our house is located on the sunny side in a quiet, central location with a large sun terrace and a magnificent view of the castle, town, and Moselle river, just a few steps from the historic old town.

All sights can be reached quickly and easily on foot. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a wide range of leisure activities.

The leisure center, a shopping center with a discount supermarket, many restaurants, and cafes are only a few minutes away from the holiday apartment. Miscellaneous Incl. electricity, heating, water, kitchen, bathroom, and bed linen. Excl. garage €5.00 per day, parking is free, Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. A deposit of 20% of the booking amount is due immediately after booking.

Remaining payment: upon arrival. Cancellations and changes made up to 28 days before the arrival date will be charged at 20% of the total booking price.
