Accommodation Description
Our house is located on the sunny side in a quiet, central location with a large sun terrace and a magnificent view of the castle, town, and Moselle, just a few steps from the historic old town.
All attractions can be reached quickly and conveniently on foot.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find a wide range of leisure activities.
The leisure center, a shopping mall with a discount supermarket, many restaurants, and cafés are only a few minutes away from the holiday apartment. Other Information Includes electricity, heating, water, kitchen, bathroom, and bed linen.
Excludes garage (€5.00 per day).
Parking is free of charge.
Wi-Fi can be used free of charge.
A deposit of 20% of the booking amount is due at any time after booking is completed.
Remaining payment: upon arrival.
Cancellations and changes made up to 28 days prior to the arrival date will be charged at 20% of the total booking price.
Cancellations and changes made later, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full amount. Directions Arrival: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM or by arrangement Departure: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM Route: From Cochem, cross the old Moselle bridge to Cochem-Cond.
At the end of the bridge, turn left onto Bergstraße.
Continue on Bergstraße for approximately 50 meters, and you have arrived. Apartment Description The newly furnished 70 sqm holiday apartment consists of a large living/sleeping room with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower/toilet.
Directly in front of the holiday apartment, there is a 100 sqm outdoor terrace with garden furniture for your sole use.
