Beautiful flat with a contemporary and tasteful decor located 700 metres from the slopes and ski lifts. Sunny terrace with uninterrupted views of the mountains and ski area.

44m² duplex flat located on the ground floor
LEVEL 1
- 1 9m² entrance/mountain nook with 2 pull-out single beds, convertible into a 9m² double (!!! this room is not closed off). this room is not closed)
- 1 kitchen / dining room 15m²
- 1 bathroom with WC 3.2m²
+ 1 Large terrace 8,8m²
LEVEL 2
- 1 Mezzanine living room with 1 sofa convertible into a double bed + 1 corner with 1 single mattresses on the floor (15 m²)
- 1 toilet with a washbasin and WC (2 m²)
+ 1 ski room
+ 1 co-ownership car park
+ Free skibus shuttles 50 metres away.
!!! THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE ANY ROOM WITH A DOOR!!!
HOW DO YOU GET THE KEYS?
The keys are handed over on site from 4pm or earlier if your accommodation is already ready.
IS THE END OF STAY CLEANING INCLUDED?
Yes, the end of stay cleaning is included in your booking.
It does not include the kitchen (crockery, fridge, furniture...), rubbish bins to be thrown away.
!!! HOUSE LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED!
House linen (sheets and towels) is not included in this booking: you must bring your own linen. These services are optional and must be booked directly with La Conciergerie des Aravis
Linen hire (sheets and towels): €27.5 per person.
NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the accommodation description.
ARE PETS ACCEPTED?
We do not accept pets. It may sound rigid, but we have had too many abuses. Thank you for your understanding.
