The space

The 56 m2 apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT a lift. To access the apartment you need to take the stairs.


The apartment is composed as follows

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, an armchair

- KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils;

-BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, toilet.

Guest access

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.
