Located in the heart of a peaceful neighborhood near the northern lake and the town of Biscarrosse, come and discover this exceptional house with contemporary lines, accommodating 10 to 14 people.
The house features a spacious living area (63m²) that will charm you with its generous proportions.
There is also a stunning open-plan kitchen, fully fitted and equipped.
The house comprises four beautiful bedrooms: a large master suite (42m²) with a queen-size bed (160cm) and its own shower room, toilet, and large dressing room with a sofa bed; a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and storage; a third bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and storage; and a fourth bedroom with three single beds (90cm) and storage.
A bathroom and a shower room complete the remarkable amenities of this house.
There are also two separate toilets.
Outside, you'll find an outdoor kitchen for preparing meals with friends and family (a barbecue is not available, but a large electric griddle is provided), a 25m² south-facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool, which is open and heated from June to September, and a large 2785m² garden with a foosball table and pétanque court.
Several parking spaces are available on the property.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
