This host has taken steps towards sustainability.
This holiday home is composed on the ground floor of a fitted kitchen open to the living room/lounge, a storeroom and a shower room with toilet.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms (160x200 and 2x80x200) as well as a separate toilet with washbasin.
Outside, you can enjoy an enclosed garden of 100 m2 with terrace, dining table, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and parasol.
A private outdoor spa at the cottage is at your disposal.
It is open from mid-April to the end of September.
You can park two vehicles in front of the cottage. In South Morbihan, about twenty kilometers from the beaches of Billiers and Damgan is Péaule, a peaceful town.
Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted: the GR39 passes next to the cottage.
The 2 Valleys circuit (20km) starting from the village of Péaule will allow you to discover the heritage of this town as well as the landscapes of the banks of the Vilaine and the bocage.
During your stay, many activities will be available to you.
Become a keeper for a day at the Branféré Animal Park.
Visit the Château de Léhélec, a residence built in the 17th century.
Have fun at the Moulin Neuf Aventure leisure center with a 15-hectare lake surrounded by greenery.
You will find a multitude of water, nature and thrilling activities there.
Discover Rochefort-en-Terre and its half-timbered houses, its castle, its art galleries...

Propriétaire au top.Gite superbe bien équipé. Beaucoup de sites touristiques proche( rochefort en terre,plus beau village en 2016.le parc animalier de Branféré et j'en passe....)Seul bémol, loin de tout commerces.Mais franchement c'est un gîte qui donne envie de revenir

un gîte moderne, confortable, dans un endroit reposant ; un jacuzzi apprécié par grosses chaleurs de ce mois d'août 2025 ; un excellent accueil de Céline et Pierre-André ; et on a bien profité des sites à voir alentour, des plages...La Bretagne est toujours aussi belle.

Beau gîte, au calme, très bien équipé. Propreté impeccable. Pleine nature, proche de la Vilaine. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui prennent le temps d'échanger et de partager leur connaissance du pays. A regret, n'avons pas eu la possibilité d'utiliser le spa compte tenu d'une météo un peu fraiche. A refaire à une période plus chaude!
