Charming and pleasant little house where it is good to live and rest, (adjoining with the owner, private garden), with a large living room equipped with a fireplace insert, overlooking the dining area located opposite the terrace which is facing full south. The bathroom is very cute and the toilets are separate. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one quite spacious overlooking the balcony and the garden where children can play and run, pets are welcome. For slightly chilly evenings, the fireplace awaits its match.

The wood is free. The laundry line is shared.

The large lawn is reserved for you except during the maintenance of the Garden.

The land is not fully enclosed, but overlooks the countryside and you can close the gate, road side. The courtyard is commonfor cars, place for 2 vehicles. You will be conquered by Plouézec which is a seaside town with changing landscapes according to the tides, the weather, the winds and the color of the sky. It is good to walk on the paths of the wild coast, the invigorating air transports you, the pleasure of strolling there does not leave you indifferent, the landscapes are magical, walks in magnificent settings and somewhat wild panoramas. You can choose the pebble beach, wild, or fine sand, (domesticated) with its charming little port and all the joys of the sea, (sailing school), and gastronomy with the many restaurants that offer varied menus, from the simplest (mussels and fries, crepes, etc.) to much more sophisticated andgastronomic...impossible to tell all the possibilities offered by the town and the canton. In St-Quay Portrieux, (16km), and also in Perros-Guirrec, (30km), both, pretty seaside resorts, where there is a casino and a thalassotherapy center in Perros Accommodation for 4 people + a child (5th traveler) Pets are welcome with us.
