Cocoonr offers this charming 35 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Lozari, commune of Belgodère. It has a sea view, is less than one kilometre from the beach, has a swimming pool and can accommodate up to 5 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, fitted kitchen, good-sized bedroom and bathroom.

The accommodation comprises - An 18 m² living room with TV, a pull-out bed (sleeps two) and a single sofa bed. - A fully-equipped kitchen with Air fryer, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A shower room with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha. Outside: - A shared unheated swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September. - A 9 m² south-facing terrace. - A 16 m² furnished and covered north-facing terrace with a sea view to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Lozari, in the commune of Belgodère, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc. Activities : - Jet skiing, paddle, sailing, diving nearby - Hiking - Visit Calvi and its citadel - Visit the Ile Rousse (Pietra islands) and Balagne villages (Pigna and Sant Antonino) - Beaches of Lozari, Ostriconi, Saleccia and Lotu, Bodri and Ghjunchitu - L'Agriates, Saint Florent and Cap Corse - Gorges d'Asco, Corte, Gorges de la Restonica - River Fango - Bonifatu Forest - Scandola Reserve and Calanche de Piana Public transport: - You can park directly in the residence's private car park, where a space is reserved for the accommodation (space no. 75). - Nearest train station: île-Rousse at 9.3 km (about 12 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine at 31.6 km (about 35 minutes by car). Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are accepted on request, for a supplement of €45/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Très belle et grande terrasse vue mer.
La magnifique plage de Lozari à 15mns à pied.
La situation géograpgique qui permet de visiter les plus beaux endroits de Balagne.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen und kleinem Hund für 1 Woche in der tollen Unterkunft. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. Besonders schön war die gute Lage zum nahegelegenen, wunderschönen Strand.und der in der Wohnanlage vorhandene Pool zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit den anderen Feriengästen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
