The villa has a lovely cosy living room with adjoining kitchen opening onto the terrace facing the sea.
The kitchen also gives access to an outdoor back terrace with barbecue / gas plancha and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, kettle, juicer, slicer, electric griddle)
A separate shower room and WC are located on the ground floor.
