Casa Lia is the ideal starting point to enjoy peace and silence thanks to its strategic location, in a still unspoilt natural environment and with direct access to the sea. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and a terrace, equipped with a dining table and sun loungers, the perfect spot in which to enjoy a breakfast or an aperitif at sunset with a view of the Egadi Islands and Erice.

The finely furnished and recently renovated house opens onto the living area, consisting of a comfortable double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. The sleeping area instead features a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.


Guests will enjoy amenities such as a washing machine, Wi-Fi connection, mosquito nets throughout the house, air conditioning, heating with heat pump, outdoor shower and charging column for electric car.

Romous seaside resort in western Sicily known for its crystal-clear waters, the area of San Vito Lo Capo is considered one of the most beautiful internationally, thanks to its proximity to places such as the Gulf of Macari, the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the Gulf of Castellammare.

In particular, the Zingaro Oriented Nature Reserve will captivate guests: it is a protected natural area where native flora and fauna coexist in harmony, characterised by 3 paths (coastal, mid-coast and high) embellished by numerous coves, where the crystal-clear water plays the leading role. For this reason, we suggest that you bring a mask and flippers, to fully enjoy the splendid seabed that the reserve offers.

The Gulf of Macari, located just 5 km from San Vito, is also not to be missed: here, too, the sea has marvellous nuances to be discovered.

A little more than 30 km away is Erice, an ancient Phoenician and Greek city, perched 751 m above sea level on the mountain of the same name. Defended by walls, the city is a labyrinth of narrow streets with two faces: the sunny and bright one of the hot summer days and the one of the winter days, when one has the feeling of having arrived in a place outside time.


The airports of Palermo Falcone Borsellino and Trapani Vincenzo Florio are about an hour's drive away.
