The property is located just 6-7 minutes walk from the luxury marina of Puerto Calero, which is home to shops, restaurants and supermarket and close to the innovative and multi-purpose sports facilities Sportclub Puerto Calero.


This two-bedroom property with two double beds and a sofa bed in the living room has a fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer and shower as well as a separate toilet.



The separate kitchen is equipped with a vitro hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.


The accommodation is equipped with everything you need for your stay.



You can enjoy a beautiful communal swimming pool and relax on the terrace.

Puerto Calero gives its name to an area in the northeast of the island of Lanzarote whose main feature is its modern, luxury marina. In its harbour you can find sailing boats and yachts that compete not only on a national level but also on an international level, where several international events related to this sector are held.


Some of these boats offer leisure and fishing trips that will take you along the most significant and beautiful coasts of the island.

From Puerto Calero you can easily reach any point on the island of Lanzarote by car. The Timanfaya National Park is just 17 minutes away, where you will find the Fire Mountains, one of the island's must-see spots, as well as the coastal area of Los Hervideros - El Golfo.
