The cottage offers you:
- On the ground floor: a living room with living room/lounge/kitchen, a bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) with shower and washbasin, a separate toilet.
- On the 1st floor: a mezzanine converted into a living room with television and play area, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 x 190), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
- On the 2nd floor: a large bedroom under crawling (2 beds 90 x 190).
Outside: a private south-facing terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and electric plancha. In common: the garden (not enclosed) and the car park (at the back of the cottage). Gite adjoining gite 16418 and next to the owners' house. Ideally located, you will be between Vannes (City of Art and History) and Auray (charming little town). From the cottage, 5 minutes by car is enough to reach the expressway and discover the treasures of South Morbihan: Carnac, Erdeven, Quiberon, Sarzeau... 10 minutes away, the Gulf of Morbihan opens its doors to you: intimate coves, small beaches, points, islands… These panoramas, worthy of a postcard, can be explored on foot along the coastal path or by boat (pier in Vannes or Baden). Families will appreciate the children's area on the mezzanine in the Ty Mathurien gite, and couples wishing to stay together will preserve their privacy thanks to the two bathrooms.
